Local install used unmodified official ESP-IDF install.sh esp32s3.
Component manager 2.5.2 fails in the container at psutil.Process() due to a
namespaced PID view; supported 2.2.2 is pinned instead. No SDK/firmware edits.

Official SDK minimal example configured successfully against ESP32-S3.
Its redundant full compile was stopped after the emulator application build
started. Emulator native build results supersede that preliminary check.
